The Premium package is our most popular — it covers a full bathroom renovation with design consultation, layout planning, premium finish selection, product recommendations, and installer coordination. The Signature package is for luxury bathrooms, multiple bathrooms, or more complex projects — with a dedicated project manager, full design service, and access to premium product collections.

Our packages start from €3,500 for the Essential package, €8,500 for the Premium package, and a custom quote for the Signature package. These are starting prices for product supply and project guidance — installation costs depend on your installer and the scope of work. Yes. After the consultation and once we understand your project in detail, we will recommend the most suitable package. If you want to adjust up or down based on your budget or needs, we can discuss that openly. There is no pressure to choose a more expensive package.

It varies depending on the package and scope. A typical Essential project takes 3–5 weeks from first contact to product delivery. A Premium renovation usually runs 6–10 weeks. A Signature project with multiple bathrooms can take 10–14 weeks. We always give you a clear expected timeline as part of your quote so there are no surprises.

For the Essential and Premium packages, you will typically provide your own installer. We coordinate the product delivery timeline to fit your installation schedule. For the Signature package, we can introduce you to our trade installer network where available. We will always discuss installer arrangements clearly during your consultation.

We will guide you through exactly what measurements we need once the consultation is complete. Typically we need the floor dimensions, wall heights, door and window positions, and locations of existing plumbing points. If you are not comfortable measuring, we can arrange a home survey or guide you step by step via WhatsApp.
